Your Role

As an Accounts Payable Specialist at Alleima Financial Shared Services, you play a central role in managing supplier invoices. You will prepare, register, and process invoices as well as handle payment reminders. An important part of the job is to ensure that transaction details comply with applicable legislation, internal processes, and regulations.

Your responsibilities also include:

• Supporting the organization in change management and quality assurance of supplier data
• Managing incoming bank guarantees
• Administering and maintaining master data
• Working with Supply Chain Finance

The position is located in Sandviken.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone with several years of experience in accounts payable, invoice management, and/or auditing. You have an academic degree in finance or equivalent experience. Experience with M3 and Medius is a plus.

You express yourself fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.
